Soutien aux employés
Offrir du soutien et répondre aux questions liées à la paie provenant des employés et de la direction.
Vérification et rapprochement
Effectuer des audits réguliers et des rapprochements mensuels des données de paie afin d’en assurer l’exactitude.
Formation et développement
Développer et offrir des programmes de formation au personnel de la paie afin d’améliorer leurs compétences et leurs connaissances.
Traitement de la paie
Contribuer au traitement exact et ponctuel de la paie, en assurant la conformité aux lois et règlements pertinents, et en appuyant diverses tâches liées à la paie.
Compétences
Formation
Baccalauréat dans un domaine connexe ou quatre (4) années supplémentaires d’expérience pertinente en remplacement du diplôme.
Expérience
Plus de cinq (5) années d’expérience.
