Job Overview

The Account Manager 1 is responsible for ensuring client loyalty by working with customers to ensure a successful business partnership with IQVIA. Through project management and collaboration this position is responsible for the day-to day activities in support of assigned clients with a focus on exemplary service and delivery of contracted business

Essential Functions

• Understands client’s needs, helps identify and resolve issues, builds and maintains positive client relations.
• Serves as the client’s contact for their assigned brand(s), home office, and/or business unit
• Develops and delivers client reports and reviews with Director/Account Management as appropriate
• Manages and delivers consistently on commitments and results which are based on client and management expectations
• Leads internal and external meetings
• Works cross functionally with Operations, Finance and IT department to meet client’s needs
• Works with little supervision and direction, although may be provided with incremental support based on complexity of client request

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree  Req
• At least 1 to 2 years of related client service/account management experience
• Experience in the Pharmaceutical space required
• Proficiency in Excel, word, PPT, Centris, & EFX (or the equivalent)
• Excellent Communication skills
• Willing to work in graveyard shift
• Amenable to work in Mckinley, Taguig
