What You'll Bring:

We’re looking for a Market Development VP to join our growing [Market Development] team where you’ll learn and help to lead a team comprising industry expertise within the client engagement process promoting market leading solutions to critical business issues experienced by our clients through consultative engagement processes and methods.

Day to Day You’ll Be: 

  • Strategic planning for customer engagement and revenue development.
  • Ensuring that strategic initiatives are implemented effectively and consistently across the business. 
  • Creating a technical engagement plan with a strong emphasis on the business’s current stage, values and objectives
  • Understanding revenue targets and analyzing data to figure out what changes need to be made in order to attain these targets.
  • Performing quality control in terms of consistent brand messaging and customer communications.
  • Identify growth opportunities to achieve business goals more efficiently
  • Increase revenue to fuel expansion and product development.
  • Strategic client engagement, connecting and establishing relationships with senior decision makers.
  • Own market strategies and prepare holistic, high-level reports for upper management to provide execution progress and mitigations

Essential Skills & Experience: 

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent.
  • Business development and strategy experience within data solutions industry
  • Collaboration with team members, management, clients, partners and suppliers, near-perfect communication skills are a must
  • Analytic, detail oriented, and proficient problem solver
  • Work well on their own, with the ability to transition smoothly into team settings when necessary
  • Goal-driven individual and constantly looking into how improvements can be made to get the business closer to achieving set objectives

Desirable Skills & Experience: 

  • Track record of managing a high-performance team with proven success in market strategy creation and execution.
  • Proven success in market expansion and revenue attainment business case execution
