Position Summary:
We are seeking a Technology Intern to support end users, manage mobile phone services, and organize records to ensure efficient service delivery. This position offers flexibility for professional development, including participation in innovative solutions and collaborative projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate requests for mobile lines and devices, overseeing the entire process through delivery to the user.
  • Organize records and documentation to ensure traceability and efficient support.
  • Monitor IT issues reported by users, ensuring technical teams respond within established timelines.
  • Propose innovative solutions to optimize business processes and automation, leveraging available technologies and contributing to collaborative projects.
  • Support administrative processes related to bidding for technology and telecom services.
  • Reconcile payments to technology suppliers, ensuring alignment with contracts and service agreements.
  • Open and manage service orders (Purchase Orders - POs) as required.
  • Assist with IT governance controls, maintaining accurate records and compliance.
  • Understand service level agreements (SLAs) for technology services and create reports to track and monitor supplier performance.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in technology, business administration, engineering, or related fields.
  • Proactive, analytical, organized, and detail-oriented, with a strong interest in technology and willingness to learn new tools and processes.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
  • Basic knowledge of SharePoint, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI is considered a plus.

Additional Requirement:

  • Proficiency in written and spoken English is essential, as IT technical services are outsourced to international teams, requiring clear and effective communication with professionals from different countries.
