LOCATION:
The Account Executive (Program Strategist) position is a remote, work-from-home role, as are all positions at Acceleration Partners (a structure central to our culture and our vision to change the work/life paradigm). Some travel is required for client meetings or other internal meetings, conferences, etc.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
We are seeking a smart, driven Account Executive (Program Strategist) with a strong background in influencer marketing to manage new client acquisition for our Partner Marketing Services, including both affiliate and influencer marketing offerings. The primary function of this role will be to obtain new enterprise-level clients through a consultative sales approach. Partner and Influencer Marketing are some of the fastest-growing marketing channels in online media, and Acceleration Partners is a leading agency in both spaces.
This role requires someone with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in the influencer marketing industry, who has valuable relationships with influencers, agencies, or brands and is comfortable hunting for their own sales opportunities. In addition, this individual will need to sell both affiliate marketing and influencer marketing services to enterprise-level businesses. A deep understanding of influencer marketing, industry trends, and the ability to work with emerging brands will be crucial.
Our sales team is equipped with a queue of prospects and qualified leads generated from our incredible Marketing Team and through established relationships stemming from our strong industry reputation. In addition to prospecting and hunting for new opportunities, secondary functions of this role include attending industry events, maintaining strategic influencer and affiliate relationships, and working with internal teams to coordinate sales deliverables.
The ideal candidate for this role should have a proven track record of success in influencer or digital marketing sales. This role is designed for strategic, motivated, and relationship-driven individuals who are eager to partner with some of the largest and most up-and-coming brands in the industry.

By 3 Months... You are fully up to speed on Acceleration Partners' influencer and affiliate marketing services and can effectively make qualification decisions. You have begun leveraging your industry contacts and onboarded your first new client in either influencer or affiliate marketing.
By 1 Year... You have built a strong pipeline of enterprise-level clients, consistently closing influencer and affiliate marketing deals on a monthly basis. You have actively contributed to refining our sales process and provided feedback to internal teams on key client needs within both marketing channels.
