Essential Job Functions

  • Provide PeopleSoft support for a large client base, able to troubleshoot issues and recommend, develop, deploy, and support enhancements.
  • Conducted/led meetings with the client to understand business needs/scope requirements, troubleshoot problems and provide functional and technical solutions.
  • Expert use of PeopleTools, PeopleCode, SQR, Application Engine, Component Interface, and Application Packages to provide custom solutions that meet client requirements
  • Mentor/coach team members in delivering technical solutions

 

Basic Qualifications

  • Five or more years of experience as a senior PeopleSoft HCM / Payroll consultant
  • Experience with North American Payroll, Benefits, Core HR
  • Strong technical experience with the PeopleTools development environment
  • Strong technical experience with the PeopleTools PIA architecture
  • Excellent communication skills/experience in communicating with C-level clients
  • Experience in establishing a solid rapport with senior levels of the client organization
  • Experience with Employee Self Service is a plus

Other Qualifications

  • Proven experience: Strong experience in consulting with a record of successful projects
  • A continuous learner that stays up-to-date with industry knowledge and technology

Compensation at DXC is influenced by an array of factors, including but not limited to the experience, job-related knowledge, skills, competencies, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $100,500 - $186,700.
