JOB DESCRIPTION:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Product Manager to support our established and high performing Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) division. It’s a great time to join our CRM team, we are in a very enviable position with a very rich product pipeline. We are a fun and fast paced business looking for someone with passion and energy to join the team.

This role is responsible for developing marketing plans, coordinating their successful implementation and growing the long-term sales, profit and market share position for assigned products.

Core Job Responsibilities

  • Assigned portfolio value creation, brand custodianship and commercial management, driving both upstream and downstream products, Go-to-Market strategy and execution, and developing and managing key stakeholder engagement and relationships.

  • Evaluate the practicality and potential of new products and market developments.

  • Participate in the development of marketing objectives, strategies, and ensure their execution.

  • Participate in planning sales promotion and advertising in support of existing products

  • Track performance (Market share, sales, expenses and profitability and forecast product requirements, identify potential supply issues, and develop contingency plans as needed.

  • Working with Education manager, implement and update product training to sales force on an ongoing basis.

  • Work with Regulatory/Finance/Market Access to implement regulatory and/or pricing updates for the product and its accessories.

  • Develops and maintains effective collaborative working relations with sales team, Finance/Regulatory/Medical teams, commercial support and creative services/agency teams.

  • Attend regular departmental meetings with manager/supervisor to build in continuous feedback mechanisms.

  • Meet the requirements of ISO and Class A by complying with all relevant Quality policies and procedures to ensure the Quality objectives of the business are met.

Minimum Experience and Skills

  • Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business, Science or related field.

  • Marketing experience within the Pharmaceutical/Medical Device industry

  • Proven record in delivering results in sales and/or marketing role.

  • Previous experience in Cardiac Rhythm Management or Cardiology is preferred but not necessary
