Curate internal communications and content — from notices and stickers to updates and digital signage — that resonate with employees.
Manage the full journey end-to-end: from concept → planning → execution → impact.
Operate the client’s meeting room booking system and support implementation of JLL workplace tools that enhance operational efficiency.
Track engagement and feedback, evaluating initiatives based on participation, satisfaction, and cultural impact.
Create a welcoming and inclusive office environment that reflects Salesforce’s values and spirit.
Communicate clearly with vendors, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams — both locally and globally.
Be flexible and decisive in ambiguity — setting priorities, making informed decisions, and moving forward without waiting for perfect clarity.
Roll up your sleeves when needed; no task is too small if it contributes to delivering excellence.
Act as a connector across teams and cultures, strengthening collaboration and global alignment.
Support broader workplace and culture initiatives as needed by the client.

Soft services facilities management with exposure to workplace culture initiatives.
Fluent in Korean, confident in English — you’ll be working with global colleagues.
Service-minded, detail-obsessed, and proactive by nature.
Equally strong as an independent driver and a collaborative teammate.
Thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments — ambiguity doesn’t scare you.
Flexible and resilient when plans shift; solutions-first mindset.
Growth-oriented — curious, adaptable, and ready for bigger responsibilities down the road.
