JOB DESCRIPTION:

Major Responsibilities

General:

  • Familiarity with products, clinical data and clinical information regarding our leadless technology. (e.g. products, related surgeries, follow-up, patient indications, reimbursement, related literature, etc.)
  • Provide appropriate clinical support based on the physician's experience with leadless technology. Provide educational opportunities and support for the support staff of the medical institution where the doctor works.
  • Develop and operate a pre-training program for health workers.
  • Feed back clinical experience and information from the market necessary for training program development.
  • Provide on-site support for pre-training for physicians.
  • Provide in-house product training to ensure safe and proper surgery.
  • Conduct sales representative education and training so that they are familiar with how to use the simulator and can smoothly perform usage procedures and trouble shooting. Also responsible for managing the simulator.
  • Appropriately communicate specialized clinical knowledge such as indication cases of products as needed.
  • Collaborate with medical professionals to collect domestic and international clinical data and clinical knowledge, and provide support for presentations at academic conferences.
  • Based on clinical trial data and clinical knowledge in each country, we provide technical support so that doctors can perform procedures properly and safely.
  • Maximize our leadless technology in the market through these activities. It also coordinates, executes and manages technical training for doctors in a smooth and efficient manner, contributing to market maximization in a timely manner.
  • Carefully observe competitive products, industry trends, future product improvements and needs, etc., and share obtained information with relevant departments (marketing, etc.) in a timely manner.

Minimum Requirements

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

Background:

  • Has IBHRE/CDR certification
  • Has more than 5 years experience in CRM product related field.
