Summary:
As a Custom Application Architect, you will be responsible for designing the application architecture of custom software systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to understand business requirements, translating those needs into scalable and secure technical solutions, and ensuring high performance in the applications you develop. You will engage in discussions with team members to refine architectural designs and provide guidance on best practices, all while keeping an eye on emerging technologies that can enhance the solutions you create.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design effective solutions.
- Review and provide feedback on architectural designs and code implementations.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Enterprise Edition.
- Strong understanding of software design patterns and principles.
- Experience with application performance tuning and optimization.
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms and services.
- Knowledge of security best practices in application development.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Java Enterprise Edition.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
