You will collaborate with different teams to support clients and projects by applying a comprehensive understanding of technologies, methodologies, and tools. This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous engagement with evolving software development processes to deliver high-quality outcomes.

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of software development with project goals.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with stakeholders to understand and address their needs.
- Continuously update knowledge on emerging technologies and best practices to enhance project delivery.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance to support their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Extend.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Workday Core Integrations.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and configuration management.
- Ability to design scalable and maintainable software components within the Workday ecosystem.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex software issues efficiently.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect various enterprise systems.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Workday Extend.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
