JOB DESCRIPTION:

Key Areas of Accountability:

Volume

  • Targets: Deliver monthly sales targets in transfer / offtake. Monitor progress and develop plans to address variance
  • Forecast: Participate in the trade sales demand forecast and achieve service level targets.

Budget Management  

  • Responsible for the management of the Account’s Trade Promotion Funds
  • Creation of consumer-centric promotions in store and online
  • Ensuring within CTS requirement on cost and incremental sales
  • Reconciliation of deduction and creation of evaluation

Operational Excellence

  • Develop, execute and review of Customer Business Plans.
  • Merchandising.

    Responsible for the execution of Merchandising guidelines for the assigned accounts (display, POG, stock weights).

    Responsible for the management of Accounts’ Merchandising Funds.

    Category Management.

  • Drive Category Management Process with the assigned customers.
  • Inventory Management

Minimum Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any field
