Focus of the Role

As an Inside Sales Support Team Manager, you’ll play an integral role in providing insight and advice to leaders on ways to empower their teams to achieve operational excellence. You apply experience working in cross functional teams to lead change and work through ambiguity and business priorities independently. What You’ll Do

As an Inside Sales Support Team Manager, you draw on your breadth of knowledge and expertise in related areas of Business Operations Management to deliver on the following responsibilities:

  • Lead the operational rhythm of the business to enable the delivery of functional unit specific programs of work and key metrics, ensuring that they are delivered on time and budget
  • Provide input into the development of a strategic business plan where defined business objectives are formed
  • Assist in defining functional unit specific programs of work that have a significant impact to the prioritisation and delivery of function and/or cross function objectives
  • Using creative problem-solving methodologies that balance benefits and risks, determine a range of potential solutions to address complex problems
  • Design, implement and continuously improve process, tools and systems to support our people to optimise their performance
  • Partner with senior stakeholders across the organisation to understand their business problems, share insights and help to create opportunities for their business
  • Coordinate and facilitate business reviews, All Hands meetings, off sites and other key organisational alignment meetings which bring insights into actions
  • Perform ad-hoc reports to meet business requirements which enable data driven decisions to be made
  • Significantly drive continuous improvement, transformation and efficiency into the current business operations processes, including driving self-serve across the organisation

About You

To be successful in this role, you must have the following skills and experiences:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales support or a related role, and proven experience in a supervisory or managerial position.
  • Experience in managing a sales support team is highly desirable.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and strategic mindset
  • Output driven performance
