Nasdaq is seeking a Sales Manager for its Listings Services. This position is responsible for the execution of the sales strategy for IPOs and relationship management with a focus on the Swedish market.  
 
What you will do 
The Sales Manager for Listing Services will take part in developing the market's strategic plan, forming relationships with private companies across sectors, creating offering packages and sales materials, and guiding and supporting companies throughout their listing journey. Additionally, the role will interact closely with owners and other key stakeholders in the market ecosystem. The Sales Manager will manage all aspects of Nasdaq’s listings and relationship management efforts in Sweden.  

  • Drive meetings and pitches to win new business 

  • Implement customer acquisition strategies for the Swedish market 

  • Understand prospective issuer's initiatives and needs and accurately articulate the Nasdaq value proposition 

  • Coordinate internal resources to engage with prospective issuers 

  • Produce and present pipeline reports for executive management 

  • Identify and collaborate on business development initiatives 

  • Manage the dialog and the relationships with our clients 

  • Represent Nasdaq at events, in panels and conduct other public presentations 

What we are looking for 

  • 10+ years of sales and business development experience within the financial sector 

  • Experience of establishing and maintaining relationships with the C-Suite 

  • Proven IPO experience, with hands-on involvement throughout the listing process 

  • Experience in financial advisory, including Corporate Finance, Private equity, fundraising 

  • Previous experience of public speaking  

  • Effective networking, communication, and presentation skills 

  • Strong planning and research skills with great attention to detail 

  • Strong English skills and Fluent in Swedish  

 
About Nasdaq European Listings 
 
The Nasdaq European Listings team is responsible for companies on their way to be listed on the exchange and the listed companies on our Nordic and Baltic Markets, both on Nasdaq First North Growth Market and the Main Market. This entails engaging with companies, investors, owners, and advisors to ensure we position our listings offering in the best possible way. 
 
The role is a team member of the Swedish sales team. The team consists of IPO Sales managers, account managers, and sales support. We also work closely with our Marketing, Communications, Surveillance and Revenue Operations teams, as well as other adjacent business units.
