About the role
As our first dedicated Customer Education Specialist, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the way our customers learn and engage with our products. You’ll be the driving force behind our educational content, ensuring that our customers are equiped with the skills and knowledge they need to maximise the value of our products. You’ll be working alongside our incredible Customer Experience team of 3 to help empower our customers to achieve their business goals and fully realise the benefits of agility.
