The Customer Service Representative / Account Administrator is responsible for supporting the Skechers Direct (SKXD) sales division by providing comprehensive customer service support, including managing customer and account inquiries, troubleshooting order-related issues, and processing claims as needed. The role also involves coordinating with various departments to execute events, create and distribute retail memos, and collaborate on event/marketing materials.

Essential Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for SKXD Customer service emails and service line

  • Assist with trouble shooting and answering any questions regarding placing new orders and order status of existing orders via email and phone calls

  • Review online orders that are on HOLD

  • Process claims for FedEx/UPS on lost packages

  • Work with DC on getting return paperwork for shoes being returned and not showing in returns list

  • Work with various departments on quarterly F&F events – including code activation, GWO with graphics, submitting print job with office services, putting together retail memo, etc.

  • Create biweekly retail memos for all Skechers Domestic, Puerto Rico, and Canada stores

  • Work with Copy center on projects for store communications and slot all mailers that go to the retail store

  • Coordinate and execute mobile truck events, including: ensuring truck drivers are fully briefed and equipped for each visit, accurately inputting event details into the Apropos system to align with IPAD requirements, and updating the SKX intranet with comprehensive truck event information

  • Input mobile truck sales into excel sheets for payroll deduction

  • Submit GWO for mobile truck flyers. Send to property at least 2 weeks in advance

  • Work with the SKX Graphics team on miscellaneous GWO for events, promotions, and tradeshows

  • Other duties as assigned

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • 1-3 years of experience in customer service

The hourly range for this role is $18.00 - $22.00 USD.
