ACCIONA, en su negocio de Agua, busco Cost Controller para Puerto Rico.

* Participate in the preparation of the “0” budget, or initial budget of the project, starting from the Bid budget.
* Participate in the control of all committed and incurred costs of the Project.
* Coordinate with the rest of the Project areas the collection of the objective information available at any given time in order to provide the best forecast of the Estimate to Complete (ETC) of the Project.
* To anticipate any deviation detected in purchases, quantities and/or prices, as well as any deviation that has an impact on costs.
* To prepare Cost Control Reports for the Project and Cost Management.
* Collaborate with the Planning area on tasks requiring Cost Control support and cost development of activities scheduled at least 9 months ahead.
* Participate in the measurement control of actual and planned consumption of the most significant resources.
* Participate in the review and reliability of the measurement reported by Production/Technical Office of the work actually executed vs. planned cost.
* Participate in the analysis of possible future cost risks based on recurrent incurred cost deviations.
* Collaborate with the Production area in the monthly analysis of cost and schedule variances.
* Collaborate with Production area, performing detailed cost breakdown.
* Ensure compliance with Acciona's procedures and standards in relation to Cost Control.
* To perform monthly closings ensuring compliance with standards (dates, measurements, actual costs, transfer of information to other departments of the project).
* Know and have high experience in the usability of SEO cost control tool. Functional Control Structure. Analysis of Economic Studies Reports and Monthly Control. Traceability of unit costs and measurements.
* Analysis and review of the annual forecasts of each Project with respect to Turnover, Production and Margin, based on the current Planning program. Evolution and traceability of Economic Studies.
* Monitor the Risks and Opportunities in Cost of each assigned Project.
* Monitoring of additional sales files and their associated cost.
* Collaboration with the Project director and Construction manager in Action Plans and Cost Control Corrective Measures.
* Control cost claims from suppliers and subcontractors.
* Collaborate with Scheduling, Purchasing, Financial and Contractual.
* Analysis and review of the annual forecasts of each Project with respect to Turnover, Production and Margin, based on the current Planning program. Evolution and traceability of Economic Studies.

• 3 - 6 Years experience as Cost Engineer
