What success looks like in this role:

• Envisions, defines and oversees efforts on major projects and provides forward-looking guidance to integrated design and development efforts.
• Applies expert knowledge of software development principles, methodologies, and techniques to define, develop and ensure the quality of complex software.
• Serves as an active and influential participant in architecture and design reviews.
• Plays a lead role in determining project / application objectives and protocol.
• Exposes significant / complex application issues and implements appropriate testing protocol to identify gaps and systemic problem areas.
• Leads sophisticated problem solving and complex troubleshooting.
• Recommends quality improvement initiatives for future application / project releases.
• Focuses on lessons learned and continuous process improvement techniques and methods to raise the standard of software and application quality within the company.
• Analyzes functionality of developed systems and may recommend additions or alternative designs as appropriate.
• Assists in meeting the organization-level delivery and financial objectives for the project / account.
• Assists request for proposal (RFP) and request for information (RFI) response generation.
• Ensures that the customer satisfaction score (CSAT) is Green related to service quality, SLA adherence, skill, technical expertise, understanding the business needs and competency

You will be successful in this role if you have:

BA/BS degree and 8+ years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience
Master’s degree preferred
