Your Role
1.    Lead system requirements analysis, feature definition, and solution design for assigned product modules.
2.    Focus on BaseTech-related technologies, including vehicle communication, diagnostics, Ethernet, power management, OTA,functional safety, and cybersecurity.
3.    Drive customer requirement decomposition and manage the complete lifecycle of system requirements, including traceability and change management.
4.    Define module-level system architecture, interfaces, and integration strategies.
5.    Collaborate with software, hardware, test, functional safety, and cybersecurity teams to ensure successful product development and delivery.
6.    Conduct technical reviews, risk assessments, and root cause analysis to resolve critical technical issues.
7.    Support customer communications, technical discussions, requirement clarification, and change requests.
8.    Support validation/ certification/ warranty/ plant build problems resolution and Vehicle Test & Calibration


Your Background
1.    Minimum 6 years of experience in automotive electronics development, with hands-on experience in cockpit domain system engineering.
2.    Proven experience in system requirements engineering and system design for complex product or feature modules.
3.    Solid understanding of Systems Engineering processes and V-Model development methodology.
4.    Strong knowledge of requirements analysis, requirement decomposition, interface definition, and module-level system architecture design.
5.    Familiarity with ASPICE processes and practical project experience.
6.    Good understanding of ISO 26262 functional safety processes and safety analysis activities.
7.    Familiarity with ISO/SAE 21434 cybersecurity development processes, including cybersecurity requirements engineering and application data security.

8.    Knowledge of mainstream IDS (Intrusion Detection System) and VSOC (Vehicle Security Operations Center) solutions.
9.    Solid understanding of automotive communication technologies, including CAN, LIN, Ethernet, and diagnostic protocols.
10.    Proficiency in Polarion or other requirements management tools.
11.    Strong cross-functional collaboration, problem-solving, technical leadership, and customer communication skills.
12.    Good written and verbal English communication skills.
13.    Familiarity with mainstream automotive SoC platforms, such as Qualcomm Snapdragon Automotive, MediaTek Automotive platforms, and domestic automotive chipsets.
14.    Valid driver's license is required.
15.    Willingness to travel domestically or internationally as required.

Preferred Qualifications:
1.    Experience in Smart Cockpit, Central Computing Platform, Zonal Controller, or In-Vehicle Networking projects.
2.    Experience as a Feature Owner, System Owner, or Module Owner.
3.    Knowledge of UNECE R155 and R156 regulatory requirements.
4.    Experience in automotive cybersecurity and software update compliance projects, including GB 44495, GB 44496, and GB/T 44464 certification, assessment, auditing, or homologation activities.
5.    Hands-on experience in cybersecurity risk assessment, security testing remediation, and certification support for vehicle or component-level products.
6.    Embedded software or embedded electronics development experience.
