Benefits, with a whole-person approach to wellness –
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: 1. Assists anesthesia provider in delivery of anesthesia care including the setup of required and anticipated supplies and equipment, and maintenance and troubleshooting of anesthesia equipment. 2.Turnover of operating rooms (wiping down equipment, mopping floors, resetting up Operative Room). 3. Prepares and sets up rooms in locations throughout the facility with required anesthesia supplies and equipment. 4. Cleans anesthesia equipment between cases and restocks anesthesia supplies as necessary. 5. Conducts routine and periodic maintenance of anesthesia equipment, and reports defective equipment to Biomed while also informing the supervisor. QUALIFICATIONS: • High school diploma or GED. American Heart Association Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support (BLS). PHYSICAL DEMANDS: • Ability to move freely (standing, stooping, walking, bending, pushing, and pulling) and lift up to a maximum of fifty (50) pounds without assistance • Job classification is exposed to blood borne pathogens (blood or bodily fluids) while performing job duties WORK ENVIRONMENT: • Interaction with department members and other healthcare providers
SCHEDULE:
(2) 8 hour shifts week one and (3) 8 hour shifts week two to total 40 hours bi-weekly
Start times can range between 6-9a
No weekends and no call
