Institutional Banking Data Platform (IDP) is state-of-the-art cloud platform engineered to streamline data ingestion, transformation and data distribution workflows that underpin Regulatory Reporting, Market Risk, Credit Risk, Quants and Trader Surveillance.
In your role as Software Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the stability of the platform, performing maintenance and support activities, and driving innovative process improvements that add significant business value.

Responsibilities
Monitor, deploy and support Bank’s highly available eFX Auto pricing and trade booking systems running 24 * 5.5 days a week.
Troubleshoot and restore system processing in event of incidents and problems.
Perform regular system checks and analysis and provide reports of system functioning and service level.

Handle in-bound service requests and questions.
Perform proactive event management.
Automation of alerts and reports.
Interact with various upstream and downstream application teams, front office support teams, vendors, developers and traders.
Managing production, DR, staging and test environment.
Capable of handling releases autonomously.
Release Management experience.
Maintain awareness of the regulatory markets and competitive environment.
Performing yearly BCP/DR testing of all application.
Essential Skills:
4-6 years previous experience in a technical support role.
Experience working in Capital market experience (preferably in the FX markets), FinTech or related field.
knowledge of FX trading/pricing systems is beneficial.
Have a basic understanding of ITIL (Service Management module).
Experience working with both Windows Server and UNIX/Linux.
Good knowledge on DevOps , CI/CD tools such as Octopus, GIT, Jira, Teamcity, Artificatory
Competent with SQL, Oracle.
Knowledge of TLS/SSL certificate renewal and maintenance.
Familiarity with databases and message-based software systems.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Understanding of basic networking fundamentals and experience in diagnosing connectivity issues.
Understanding and experience working with messaging protocols (SOAP, JMS, MQ, FIX or others).
Strong attention to detail, self-management, initiative, discipline, and follow-through.
Exceptional problem-solving ability.
Ability to work flexible hours to meet client demands.
Basic knowledge of programming language (Java/python) preferred.
Education Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering in Computer Science/Information Technology
