As an Intelligent Data Platform (IDP) Databricks Champion at Senior Manager or Manager level within our Integrated Center of Excellence Data & AI Practice, you'll leverage a client-centric approach to understand our client’s challenges and opportunities to deliver solutions and services that make transformative change and deliver high value business outcomes. You'll engage in solutioning and support on the most strategic opportunities, intervene in high-risk complex deliveries, and contribute to shape the strategic direction using data platforms, reporting, self-service analytics, real time intelligence and AI engineering.
The successful candidate must be capable of partnering across global Regions to lead presales engagements, architect solutions and deliver enterprise data solutions leveraging Microsoft Azure and Databricks. This role combines technical leadership, client engagement, and strategic partnership development—especially with Databricks—to drive business outcomes and innovation in our Data and AI client engagements.

Location: This role is flexible within the U.S., with preference for candidates located within commuting distance of an Avanade office to support collaboration and client engagement.
