Internship in AP Team

ABOUT THE ROLE

During the internship, you will support the Accounts Payable team in processing company invoices, including employee expenses. You will have daily contact with suppliers and work closely with other departments at Arrow.
You’ll join a team of 8 colleagues and report directly to the Accounts Payable Team Leader. The internship starts with an intensive onboarding program, followed by additional training tailored to your needs.

WHAT WILL YOU DO:

• Register supplier invoices
• Investigate invoice disputes daily
• Prepare and run reports in Excel (daily, weekly, monthly) and resolve open queries
• Reconcile supplier statements and manage disputes
• Archive and file documents in line with country legislation
• Assist with other accounting tasks as required

WHO YOU ARE:

• Learn quickly and adapt to new systems and processes
• Pay strong attention to detail and handle multiple tasks effectively
• Communicate fluently in English (German would be an advantage)
• Use Excel confidently (intermediate level)
• Understand basic accounting principles and work comfortably with numbers
• Bring previous experience in a similar role – it will be an asset
