Job Summary:
We are looking for a Junior Developer with 3-5 years of experience in Core Banking systems, specifically within the Deposits domain. The role focuses on developing and maintaining deposit-related applications on the AS400 platform, ensuring smooth integration with local and bill payment systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain deposit-related applications on AS400 using RPG.
• Implement and support Local and Bill Payment functionalities (mandatory).
• Collaborate with teams to integrate cash management, rate provision, GIRO, and instant payment solutions.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure quality and compliance with standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues.
• Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Required Skills:

• Strong proficiency in RPG programming language.
• Hands-on experience with AS400 operating system and DB2 database.
• Knowledge of deposit systems and cash management/rate provision OR GIRO & instant payment.
• Experience in code review and adherence to best practices.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Exposure to remittance systems.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices.
• Experience with ALDON (automation of software deployment on AS400).
• Knowledge of ARCAD for application lifecycle management.
