We are hiring Customer Service Representatives to support our Emergency Roadside Assistance Services client. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for receiving inbound calls from those in need of roadside assistance.

Responsibilities
Engage with customers on all inbound/outbound calls, emails, and other channels of communication applicable and/ or supports to update customer’s account information
Call include: Customers who got Flat tire; Ran out of gas; Have Keys / babies / pets locked in cars; Car has broken down on the highway; Car Accident; etc.
Help customers with complaints and questions, give customers information about products and services
Ensure to deliver BGO and client metrics and expectations on a regular basis.
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
Update customer files with appropriate information and ensure information being placed in customer files follow regulatory, client specific, and corporate guidelines
Engage with customers on all inbound/outbound calls, emails, and other channels of communication applicable and/ or supports to update customer’s account information
What makes you the right candidate?
Minimum 1 year of previous customer service experience
Strong communication skills
De-escalation skills are a definite asset
Ability to display genuine empathy to our customers while in a fast paced environment
Ability to manage high volume of calls
Proficient with Google Maps / Directional capabilities
Comfortable with phone systems and technology
Requirements:
Full-time opportunity, approx. 40 hours/week
Open availability between the hours of 7am-11pm Sunday to Saturday
Weekend availability is a must for all hires
High speed internet connection with direct access to your Modem or internet Hub (connect with Ethernet cable)
Private and quiet work space for work from home days
3 weeks paid training: Monday to Friday 9am-5pm
No extended time off or vacation within the first 6 months of employment
