Your Role: As a Client Account Manager, you will coordinate, support, and expand programs for major customers, ensuring excellent customer service and meeting sales targets. Your primary goal is to ensure no revenue is missed with our key ‘gold’ customers. Additionally, you will manage smaller accounts within our Global Account portfolio, with full support and resources from the Global Account Team.

This is a hybrid role with travel required for customer meetings. You will work closely with in-country sales teams to align with the wider customer strategy.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage relationships within the retailer, including category management, loss prevention/asset protection, and store operations.

  • Develop client strategies, grow revenue by enhancing the technology footprint, and focus on software and recurring income models.

  • Drive growth and sales acceleration with quota responsibility for assigned accounts.

  • Manage sales pipeline and report progress internally and externally.

  • Communicate effectively at all levels and work as a team member.

  • Attend customer meetings, including travel abroad.

  • Support Key Account Managers and sales management across EMEA.

  • Identify and investigate solutions to retail business challenges.

  • Provide quick turnaround support for business-as-usual (BAU) customer requirements, ensuring timely quotations and order processing.

  • Experience in retail or product knowledge (CCTV, EAS, Loss Prevention).

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and data handling programs.

Preferred:

  • University degree in a relevant subject.

  • Education to A Level standard (or equivalent).

  • Proficiency in additional languages (French, German, Italian, and/or Spanish) alongside fluent English
