Accountabilities:

• Create, modify, and maintain detailed 2D and 3D floor plans and assembly drawings based on engineers’ and designers’ specifications.

• Collaborate with design originators to resolve discrepancies, clarify requirements, and refine designs for accuracy and precision.

• Utilize CAD/CAE software to produce high-quality technical drawings and schematics.

• Ensure compliance with drafting standards, procedures, and company guidelines.

• Assist in the evaluation and recommendation of CAD-related hardware and software to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

• Analyze and propose solutions to routine design challenges using standard procedures and best practices.

• Maintain accurate documentation of design iterations, revisions, and approvals.

• Receive moderate guidance from senior team members while developing expertise in floor plan analysis and drafting.

  

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree holder

• Experience with CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, or similar) for floor plan and schematic design.

• Basic understanding of engineering and architectural principles related to spatial planning.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with a high degree of precision.

• Problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and interpret design requirements.

• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with engineers, designers, and other stakeholders.

• Ability to work independently and under moderate supervision.

• Experience in space planning, construction drawings, or facility layouts.

• Familiarity with 3D modeling software and rendering tools.

• Knowledge of industry standards and best practices for drafting and design.

• Ability to quickly learn and apply enterprise AI tools and technologies to support technical workflows and business objectives
