Our manufacturing plant in Guadalajara, Mexico plays a vital role in our global operations. The site focuses on the production of HD Liquid Acids, Saline Solution, and Sodium Citrate, primarily for export to the United States. With 389 employees, the site also supports Product and Process Development, as well as Sustaining Engineering, contributing to the continuous improvement of our therapies and ensuring high-quality standards across our product portfolio. About Role:

1) HR Partnering

  • Local HR role to ensure alignment between People Strategy and local Business needs.
  • Partner with local leadership and other regional/global stakeholders to align HR initiatives with business priorities, fostering a culture of engagement, performance, and accountability.
  • Ensuring alignment with enterprise-wide HR strategies and best practices (if applicable).
  • Drive global and regional HR operational excellence, ensuring a consistent yet locally adaptable approach to HR execution across all markets.

2) HR Operations & Program Execution

  • Ensure effective and consistent implementation of CoE-driven HR initiatives, ensuring seamless integration into country specific HR operations.
  • Partner with CoEs such as TA to fulfill site needs with agility.
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for complex employee relations matters, ensuring fair and consistent resolution in line with company policies and local labor laws.

3) Compliance, Governance & Risk Management

  • Ensure HR policies, procedures, and programs are compliant with local labor laws while maintaining consistency with the company’s global HR framework.
  • Collaborate with Legal and Compliance teams to mitigate HR-related risks and uphold the highest standards of ethical and regulatory compliance.
  • Drive HR governance across the country, ensuring adherence to best practices in employee relations, compensation, benefits, and workforce planning.

4) Employee Experience & Engagement

  • Foster a culture of engagement, inclusion, and high performance by ensuring HR  effectively address employee concerns and promote a positive work environment.
  • Act as a champion of company culture, embedding core values into HR programs and driving initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
  • Support change management efforts as required locally.
  • Support local talent needs such as retention, development per country approved guidelines
