Job Description:

Licensed Clinician with experience providing clinical diagnostic and treatment services which can include individual, group, family, and health and behavior interventions. The clinician will conduct a variety of psychosocial assessments and provide care for patients through therapeutic use of self and/or the patient care/problem solving process to assist the patient and family to achieve basic healthcare goals. The clinician is a member of an interdisciplinary team that is responsible for working collaboratively with providers, nurses, leadership and other team members to ensure development and implementation of appropriate standards.

Education:
▪Required: Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling or related field
Experience:
▪ Preferred: 1-2 yrs. experience with wide variety of patient populations
Skills:
▪ Ability to work within scope of practice to help patient achieve highest level of quality possible for psychological well-being
▪ Knowledge of community resources to help meet patient needs
▪ Ability to work independently & collaboratively in teams
Licensure/Certification/Registration:
• Required: Active LCSW, LPC, LMFT
