About the team

 

 Program Management is a sub-function under Strategy function and is responsible to drive large, complex, multi-phased, multi-year Strategic Initiatives that helps to deliver Product/Tech. and Business Operations Capabilities that are identified by Myntra Leadership as part of Quarterly OKR process. Strategic Program Management acts as an enabler by playing a critical role in initiation of programs(defining, structuring and building a deliverable based plan) & leading cross-functional teams to focus on outcomes that meet strategic objectives. Team receives broad guidance from top management and requires a high level of problem solving ability in an ambiguous environment with-in Myntra & Flipkart Group companies (Fk, CLeartrip, Health+, Externalization etc.)

 

Responsibility

 

  1. Partner with Product / Business / Tech owners and Design & Operation Leaders in understanding long-term capabilities / initiatives that need to be managed in-line with the Organizational strategic choices
  2. Review the business case and Own E2E (starting with solutioning till go-live) execution of one or more top level key strategic initiatives on need basis partnering with senior leadership team
  3. Besides managing and executing Strategic Programs, need to drive the Strategy Setting & Review exercises like OKR Finalisation, Quarterly/Monthly OKR Reviews



Skills/Competencies required 

 

  1. Education - B.Tech/B.E,  MBA , PMP Certified
  2. Understanding of eCommerce industry and hands-on experience in driving complex strategic initiatives
  3. 7-10 Years of seasoned experience professional in project/ program management, preferable in supply chain, e-commerce business domains.
  4. Strong people skills: ability to influence people, negotiate and be unflustered in crucial conversations
  5. Strong affinity for data-based decision-making; adept at designing useful measurements
  6. Ability to thrive in an evolving/ambiguous environment and ability to deal with lack of clarity and vagueness
  7. Experience in partnering with Senior Leadership & driving Strategic Initiatives 
  8. Good understanding of SDLC methodologies, in particular Agile methodologies and a know-how in adapting them
