Commercial & Nasdaq Fund Secondaries Counsel
We're looking for a Commercial & Nasdaq Fund Secondaries Counsel to join Nasdaq's award-winning legal team. In this role, you'll negotiate complex commercial agreements, advise on broker-dealer regulation, and provide strategic legal counsel supporting our global fund secondaries and Corporate Solutions business.
You'll thrive in this position if you're a skilled transactional lawyer who excels at collaborating across borders, delivering practical solutions that drive business growth in the capital markets space, and navigating complex regulatory frameworks,
