This role is expected 5 days a week onsite in Ireland for the first 3 months. There after this role is hybrid module expecting 3 days a week from the office.
Your responsibilities:
You will be working closely with the TETRA Ireland Sales and Operations team and will be part of and take responsibility for the order fulfilment process to TETRA Ireland’s customers.
You will also support general business administrative tasks within TETRA Ireland.
To succeed in this role, you will be required to have at least 3 years of experience working in a business management role or similar, you will have the ability of working as part of a team and take initiative with your own work. You will be an analytical thinker, possess strong IT Skills, have good organization skills, and experience completing administrative tasks. A bachelor’s degree (or the equivalent) in business, management, or a related field will serve to be beneficial in this role.
You will report to the Supply Chain Manager who will be your day to day Manager.
Your tasks:
Sales Support Responsibilities:
• Purchase order and Sales order processing
• Manage the terminal warranty management process and renewal process
• Manage the order desk for small agencies: (Telephone orders, MERS /Alias changes etc)
• Order management and tracking end to end of customer orders
• Terminal Repairs process management and reporting
• Inventory Management
General business support responsibilities:
• Manage the creation and issuing and tracking of purchase orders
• Take responsibility for Program Office Administration/ business reporting
• Office Management (IT supplies, stationary, cleaning etc)
• Event management for TETRA Ireland
The successful candidate should have the following experience and competencies:
• Minimum of 3 year business experience in a similar position/role
• A bachelor’s degree (or the equivalent) in business, management, or a related field will serve to be beneficial in this role.
• Ability to work as part of a team and to manage processes flows.
• Excellent Oral & Written Communication and Interpersonal Skills (3)
• Results focus
• General/Contract administration skills
• Good organisation and time management skills
• Technological proficiency - IT proficiency particularly in Microsoft Excel and Google-Suite
• Problem solving skills
• Customer focus
• The successful candidate should be self motivated, independent and keeps calm during busy periods of work.
• The successful candidate will be required to successfully pass the Garda Vetting process for this role
