Senior Sales Engineer – HVAC Spare Parts

Location: Dubai, UAE

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Engineer – HVAC Spare Parts to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth of HVAC spare parts, developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and providing technically appropriate solutions to customers.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC spare parts sales, excellent knowledge of the UAE HVAC market, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective business development and customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets for HVAC spare parts.
• Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities across the Dubai and UAE market.
• Manage and grow relationships with existing customers, including contractors, consultants, facility management companies, building owners, MEP companies, and other HVAC-related customers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable HVAC spare parts and solutions.
• Promote and sell HVAC spare parts, replacement components, and related products.
• Proactively identify opportunities for replacement, maintenance, retrofit, and aftermarket requirements.
• Develop a strong pipeline of prospective customers and sales opportunities.
• Prepare and submit quotations, commercial proposals, and tender/bid responses.
• Follow up on quotations and negotiate commercial terms to successfully close sales.
• Monitor market trends, customer requirements, competitor activities, and pricing to identify new opportunities.
• Maintain accurate customer and opportunity information and provide regular sales forecasts and reports.
• Conduct customer visits and product presentations to strengthen relationships and generate business.
• Work closely with internal technical, procurement, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure timely and effective fulfillment of customer requirements.
• Attend exhibitions, trade shows, customer events, and industry activities when required to develop business and enhance company visibility.
• Build long-term customer relationships and act as a trusted technical and commercial advisor.
• Support the development and implementation of business development initiatives within the assigned market.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in HVAC equipment and/or HVAC spare parts sales.
• Strong and demonstrable experience in HVAC spare parts sales is required.
• Experience in the UAE HVAC market, preferably with an established customer network in Dubai.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business.
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, equipment, components, and spare parts.
• Experience dealing with contractors, consultants, facility management companies, building owners, and other HVAC industry stakeholders is preferred.

• Ability to develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Good understanding of commercial aspects of HVAC spare-parts sales.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/sales management systems.

Preferred Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will be a senior HVAC sales professional with a minimum of 5 years' experience in HVAC spare parts sales, preferably with strong knowledge of the Dubai/UAE market.

The candidate should have an established network of customers and industry contacts, a strong technical understanding of HVAC spare parts, and a proven ability to generate new business, manage key accounts, negotiate effectively, and consistently achieve sales targets.
