Finance Manager (FP&A)

We are looking for a Finance Manager to join our Corporate FP&A team to lead revenue forecasting across the company. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, aspires to bring structure to the unstructured, and enjoys collaborating with others in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This role owns the Intapp revenue/ARR model and works closely with the Finance leaders, Sales, and other team members to plan, analyze, and provide insights regarding the company’s revenue/ARR performance. This position is responsible for building and maintaining driver-based models that provide the basis for the revenue/ARR reporting, forecasting and planning processes. He/she will provide insights related to business drivers of current results, will forecast revenue and related metrics, and will develop a deep understanding of Intapp’s unit economics.

What you will do:

· Develop the company-wide revenue/ARR forecast by having a detailed understanding of our business model and evaluating the key drivers that impact revenue

· Build strong relationships with the Sales, Accounting, and IT organizations to develop the proper cadence and level of information needed to successfully forecast revenue/ARR; understanding the dynamics of a high-growth and evolving business require constant flows of communication

· Review monthly in-depth analysis providing visibility to management on variances from expectations with a focus on improving accuracy for the future

· Be the subject matter expert for revenue and have the ability to communicate technical matters at the executive level

· Provide ad hoc data-driven analysis to guide operational and strategic decision making

· Collaborate cross-functionally to understand drivers of trends, clearly communicate actionable insights from data-driven analysis and make recommendations for key business decisions.

· Identify opportunities to leverage technology to improve and automate processes

· Apply creative problem-solving skills to business questions

What you will need:

· Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business or other related field; MBA preferred

· 8+ years of Corporate Finance experience in a high growth, public company or combination of Corporate Finance and investment banking, consulting, audit

· Experience with Revenue in Finance or Accounting at a Software company

· Excellent financial/business modeling and analysis skills. Expertise in Excel. Demonstrated ability to create, navigate and explain complex models.

· Understand the drivers and economics of Software as a Service (SaaS) and/or subscription (On Prem) business models

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to think strategically and creatively, apply business acumen and exercise judgment

· Proven track record of achievement, self-motivation, initiative and integrity

· Intellectual curiosity with a continuous thirst to understand the why, and initiate new insightful conversations

· Highly productive and efficient. Able to thrive managing multiple projects under tight deadlines in a dynamic environment

· Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively consistent with Intapp values

· Strong written and oral communication skills

· Advanced skills in Netsuite, Adaptive, Salesforce, Tableau, PowerPoint, and similar systems

· Growth mindset, demonstrated ability to learn quickly

· Enjoyment of creating & building models, processes, and solutions from scratch.
