The Senior Assistant Manager position will support the Institute’s mission to drive pedagogical innovation, promote authentic learning, uphold academic integrity, and advance excellence in teaching and learning at NTU.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and enhance InsPIRE’s digital platforms (internet and intranet), including content, SEO, and upcoming CMS migration.

• Lead the update and dissemination of NTU’s Academic Integrity handbook, e-module, and orientation resources involving academic integrity.

• Coordinate branding efforts with external vendors and produce InsPIRE’s bi-annual report.

• Support award submissions (e.g., THE, QS) and Institute-led events.

• Contribute to university-wide education technology initiatives (e-assessment, digitization, SOPs, platform rollout).

• Support NTU’s Authentic Learning initiative by building partnerships with industry and embedding real-world applications in the classroom.

• Undertake ad hoc projects and provide strategic support for upper management.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (minimum), Master’s degree (preferred), preferably in Education, Communications, or a related field.

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in project management, communications, or higher education administration.

• Excellent writing, editing, and digital content management skills.

• Strong project management and stakeholder engagement abilities.

• Experience with educational technology, AI in education, or authentic learning curriculum innovation is an advantage.

• Highly organized, proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently in a dynamic environment.
