Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities:

• ⁠Perform the role of Responsible Pharmacist for FME Indonesia including to prepare and complete all required reporting and coordination tasks
• Supporting warehouse lead in supervise daily activities of the warehouse, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, logistics, floor productivity, shipping, and customer service. 
• Ensure scheduled warehouse activities performed to meet the demands of the fulfilment center and manage the flow and quality of work to maximize efficiency and minimize overtime. 
• Meet regularly with necessary personnel to review, analyse, and develop actionable plans for productivity and loss prevention. 
• Support SCM in inventory management process by performing below periodic activities:
  • Monitoring on stock expiry
  • Rolling sales in projection
  • Preparing and monitoring Inventory purchase projection
  • Redressing activities planning
  • Planning and supply allocation for all commercial department
• Consolidation and reconciliation for cross docking deliveries to ensure proper process in place. Prepare Periodic Supply Chain reports, such as :
  • Monthly stock expiry
  • Machine availability
  • Others (importation report, etc.)
• Responsible and coordinate importation process for FME Indonesia, communicating with vendors to ensure proper importation process handling. 
• Other projects those may assign by Direct Superior
• Comply with the health and safety guideline as per guided by Crisis Management team when doing his/her job inside or outside the organization 
• Comply with the Fresenius Medical Care Compliance and Company Regulation

Education and experience

• Experience 2-3 years in similar position in Healthcare Company. The Multinational Company experience will be an advantage
• Pharmacist Background with active license (STR Apoteker)
• Proficient in English
• Strong communication and presentation skill
• Competent in using computer software relating to the job
• Excellent Negotiation Skill
