The Job At-A-Glance:

Q2 is seeking a Senior Data & Insights Analyst to leverage data and technology to create new ways of measuring performance and delivering insights. This individual will be part of Q2’s Innovation Studio team supporting Go-to-Market Sales, Marketing, and Partner Success programs. They will work alongside the Program Manager to provide value engineering, translating data into guidance for sales enablement and marketing success.

A Typical Day:

  • Support development and management of KPIs
  • Build and provide executive level dashboards and performance reviews
  • Maintain day-to-day reporting and ensure data is accurate and complete
  • Transform complex data sets into visual representations like reports, charts, graphs, and maps
  • Manage data visualization tools and platforms to enhance data-driven decision-making processes
  • Partner with Program Manager to support their directed strategy
  • Work cross-functionally with teams of data scientists and engineers
  • Identify trends and insights that can be used to inform business decisions
  • Support sales and marketing initiatives to achieve sales and revenue targets

Bring Your Passion, Do What You Love. Here’s What We’re Looking For:

  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in (relevant degree) and a minimum of 8 years of related experience; or an advanced degree with 6+ years of experience; or equivalent related work experience.
  • Excellent written/oral communication skills and ability to interface effectively with peer managers as well as senior management
  • Attention to detail, exceptional follow-through, the ability to prioritize, stay organized, and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools, including Power BI, with a background in data analysis and dashboard development
  • Advanced proficiency with Excel
  • Experience in supporting sales and marketing functions
  • Self-starter who is comfortable with ambiguity
  • Experience building foundational KPIs and measurement structure
  • Background utilizing quantitative and qualitative data and insights
  • Financial Services and enterprise software experience preferred
