This position “Hub Operations Specialist" is part of the Business Operations. The main responsibilities include supporting Hub governance and implement strategic hub projects, organizational improvements, and administrative initiatives. The focus is on high complexity initiatives that may span across end-to-end process areas an environment characterized by interdependent changes and advanced technologies, offering you a challenging and engaging work environment.
Main responsibilities
Drive Hub wide Employee Engagement Initiatives: Design and execute employee engagement programs that strengthen connection, belonging across the Hyderabad Hub. Plan & Facilitate Events: Coordinate hub events, town halls, recognition moments, and community-building activities — both in-person and hybrid
Employee Engagement activities for the Hub: Organize and lead the content creation and logistics of Hub events (e.g., Annual meets, Hub anniversary, Family Day, Sports day, leadership visits, marketplace, team building activities, onboarding days).
Work with agencies and stakeholders to ensure successful event execution. Acting as a facilitatory at Hub and community events. Manage Communications: Develop and distribute hub communications, newsletters, and updates to keep employees informed and engaged
Collaborate with Hub Operations: Work together with the Hub Operations team and local teams to align engagement activities with hub priorities and business needs. Gather & Act on Feedback: Collect employee feedback through surveys and listening sessions; synthesize insights and recommend actionable improvements
Champion Hub Culture: Serve as a culture ambassador, promoting Sanofi's values and ensuring an inclusive, welcoming environment for all hub employees. Support Cross-Hub Collaboration - Liaise with other Sanofi hubs and global teams to share best practices and align enterprise-wide engagement priorities.

About you:
Experience: 2 to 4 years’ experience work performed in a similar area. Demonstrated understanding of project management methodologies and experience leading & applying their principles and governance processes to projects. Experience in Change Management methodologies with demonstrated experience in incorporating Change Management practices into project planning. Strong experience in governance and program management. Ability to develop and proceed with high-quality presentations and proficient in excel.
Soft skills: Excellent stakeholder management skills. Excellent written and oral communication & inter-personal skills. Self-starter, initiative-taker and ability to work independently under pressure and deliver high level of customer service. Establish and maintain strong relationships, working effectively with all levels in the organization. Efficient analytical skills; attention to detail in terms of administrative and financial tasks.
Technical skills: Proficient level in using broad range of Microsoft O365, communication tools and techniques, word, excel, PowerPoint etc.
Languages: Business fluent in English, both written and spoken. Other language is a plus.
