Resumen del puesto

Buscamos un Business Development Representative, que se encargue de guiar a nuevos clientes y socios estratégicos en su proceso de integración con nuestra empresa. Será responsable de validar capacitaciones, certificaciones y requisitos iniciales, así como de gestionar la información en nuestros sistemas y realizar análisis de negocio para optimizar ventas y relaciones comerciales.

Responsabilidades principales

  • Onboarding de clientes:
    • Coordinar capacitaciones y certificaciones necesarias para iniciar operaciones.
    • Asegurar el cumplimiento de requisitos contractuales y operativos.
  • Gestión de información:
    • Registrar y actualizar datos de clientes en el sistema interno.
    • Mantener la base de datos limpia y actualizada.
  • Habilitación de partners:
    • Gestionar el proceso de alta y activación de socios estratégicos.
    • Proporcionar recursos y soporte inicial para su operación.
  • Análisis de negocio:
    • Evaluar métricas de ventas, pagos y comportamiento de clientes.
    • Generar reportes y recomendaciones para la mejora continua.

Requisitos

  • Experiencia previa en Customer Success, Onboarding , Business developer o Partner Management
  • Conocimiento en herramientas de CRM y gestión de datos.
  • Habilidades analíticas para interpretar métricas de negocio.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y organización.
