仓库主管岗位职责：

贯彻安全第一理念，主导仓库安全审核，消除安全隐患；确保每位仓库员工严格遵守安全工作原则以及佩戴相关的PPE 管理仓库团队，确保及时收料、归料、配料、发料、打包、出货等流程正常进行 执行和完善仓库的规章制度、规范作业标准及流程，提高效率，降低成本 带领仓库团队做好日常仓库的5S，实施5S审核 严格按照公司政策实施周期性盘点，分析库存差异，推进改善措施，确保账实一致 培养仓库员工多能工技能 主导看板运作，及时出卡，主导看板审核和每日看板会议 科学管理货品库位，确保ERP货位和实际货位一致 及时配料，发料，确保产线正常运作，没有因为仓库问题导致的产线工时损失 确保发货的准确率，没有因为发错货导致的客诉（集团内部客户和外部客户） 与其他部门及时有效地沟通与协调 其他公司需求或领导交付的任务.

Preferred Qualifications：期望的资质

1. 10年全面仓库管理经验，3-5年团队管理经验（团队不少于10人）

2. 逻辑思维清晰 

3. 丰富的ERP使用经验

4. 拥有叉车证更佳

5. 全日制大学专科以上学历

6. 有一定的英语读写能力更佳

7. 有一定的英语口语能力更佳

8. 组织过公司大盘点更佳
