Valeo Wiper Systems Plant in Skawina specializes in the design, manufacturing, painting and assembly of wiper blades, arms and mechanisms. Additionally, in 2013 production of motors for wipers has began. Plant’s main activity is supported by a modern research and development center which is currently employing about 100 staff members.

Currently for our entity Valeo Wiper Systems Plant in Skawina we recruit Quality System Engineer
Your challenges:
Responsible to coordinate the creation and the maintenance of the Quality System with regards IATF 16949 requirements
Ensure readiness to ISO, IATF, VDA, customer (re-) certification audits and accordingly perform adequate pre-audits
Perform internal audits
Prepare the Quality System Management review – providing deployment status to the management staff
Ensure Internal Procedure/Policy are in line with Customer and Automotive industry requirement
Perform Quality reporting (Reliability, coherence, transparency)
Organize self-assessments & pre-audits for customer audits (MMOG, Supplier Health Check, QSB+ etc.)
Support the coordination of the action plans
Review of the Customer Specific Requirements (CSR)
Review Customer satisfaction based on the B2B portals
Join our team if you have:
Engineering degree in technical area
At least 2-3 years of experience in quality area, preferably in automotive industry
English B2
Knowledge of quality tools and systems
Teamwork spirit, ability to cope with stress, customer orientation
Customer orientation and accuracy with precision is a must
