1 – MISSION

In 2020, Renault Group has created Mobilize Power Solutions, a 100%-subsidiary to help companies realize, develop, and manage their electric fleets by providing them with turnkey charging solutions.

Mobilize Power Solutions works on all phases of charging infrastructure projects, from consulting to design to installation and operation of charging stations. At the same time, it integrates strategies to optimize energy consumption and to link it to renewable energy.

Mobilize Power Solutions is present in 11 countries in Europe and benefits from the unique combination of our expertise in electric mobility for 10 years.

Thanks to its thorough understanding of customer needs and its ability to provide tailor-made solutions in line with their strategy, Mobilize Power Solutions is a true partner with the dual objective of optimizing the total cost of ownership (TCO) of their customers' fleets and contributing to the development of their activities.

2 – RESPONSIBILITIES

In charge of the accounting of the Holding you’re also involved in the group consolidation and development of the new business. Under The CFO responsibilities, you have also the support of an external accounting expert for each closing.

Responsible for: ELTO HOLDING /OPCO FRANCE (For both company and separately)

• Manage and oversee all financial activities, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, payroll, and tax compliance. It includes Inventories follow up & Assets and amortization follow up
• Prepare accurate financial statements, reports for management review.
• Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures in accordance with relevant regulations and accounting standards.
• Coordinate audit process, ensuring timely completion and compliance with audit requirements.
• Monitor cash flow, identify areas of financial risk, and implement strategies to mitigate those risks. In particular : Receivables and Payables follow up, Support the operational in their payables management & Bank reconciliation
• Ensure timely and accurate filing of tax returns, including VAT, corporate income tax, and payroll taxes.
• Stay updated on industry trends, changes in accounting regulations, and best practices, and implement necessary adjustments.Collect and follow all accounting flows
• Insure Monthly and yearly closure. Including Monthly Provision and accrual compatibilization

For ELTO GROUP

• Insure Subisidiaries monthly consolidation (Opera system)
• and the consolidation data transfer to Renault group consolidation system Magnitude)

3 – MANAGEMENT SCOPE

• Direct report: Chief Finance Officer of Mobilize Power Solutions
• Other entities: Renault Group Conoslidation , partners and suppliers

– PROFILE REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.

• Proven experience as a Chief Accountant or similar role
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax laws.A Master's degree or equivalent by experience
• A commitment to integrity and ethical behavior in financial practices.
• Fluent in English
