Job Description
Responsibilities:
Report directly to Energy sector Lead - Oil & Gas / Renewable
Develop and implement a clear account strategy for one of Fugro' s main National Oil company Client in Saudi
Focus on strategic account business development and sales of the entire Business lines and Services lines services to Position Fugro as a strategic and trusted Partner.
Develop and manage an action plan, for the account to support all Fargo's Business & Service lines.
Develop and manage strategic relationships with assigned key account within Oil & Gas industry.
Develop a short-term & long-term planning for the strategic account.
Develop and execute Key account management plan, strategic comprehensive sales / Business development objectives, goals and strategies for multiple service / business lines based on market needs and opportunities to achieve revenue, profitability and market growth objective.
Understanding of Clients Strategy, direction and ambitions
Strong knowledge and understanding of the oil & Gas Market in Saudi.
To initiate and expand the existing relationship, pursing key opportunities and driving adoption of new innovations and to become a trusted partner with the NOC.
Strong Network and connections with the client in Saudi at all levels Technical and Commercially
To be main focal point between the client and Fugro internal stakeholders.
Identify and engage with the clients' decision making stakeholders.
Relationship management: Arranging a systematic zipper approach with Key stakeholders in the clients' organization.
Build a strategic relationships with the client Sr. Management stakeholders.
Managing all the activities in Lead to Contracts stages and make sure all are managed to provide the latest technical solutions and win the projects.
Create tangible improvement in annual awarded revenues
Work closely with Fugro Business lines, Sales and Marketing and commercial departments.
Work closely with commercial team in putting a winning strategy and provide a value driven proposals.
Develop strategic business opportunities for Fugro.
Early engagement with the clients' strategic projects in order to in order to provide a value based approach.
Identifying and winning business opportunities prior to proposal phase to position Fugro early in the project life cycle.
Introducing the Fugro latest technical offerings and innovation which meeting clients expectations and needs.
Delivering sales, revenue and profit targets to the business to support the wider company strategy.
Monitor projects in the Oil & Gas Market.
Monitoring key sales success factors such as the sales pipeline, CRM processes and systems, sales forecasting tools, key account management, market & competitor intelligence, price and margin optimization and customer satisfaction
Running a KAM UPDATES on regular bases for regional management. management.
Provide a Bi-weekly updates on the account's development activities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or engineering.
7+ years related experience in Oil & Gas industry.
Proven track record in Key account Management positions within Oil & Gas industry in depth knowledge of the Oil & Gas sector, including upstream and downstream
Experience in the Oil & Gas is a must in Saudi.
Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
