Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will implement the configuration management plan as directed by the Configuration Lead. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to assist in the design of software configuration and customization, ensuring that the solutions align with business process designs and application requirements. You will engage in problem-solving activities and contribute to the overall success of the projects by providing valuable insights and recommendations. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have influencing and advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders. - Mentor junior professionals in best practices and methodologies. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Manufacturing Engineering MES. - Strong understanding of software configuration management principles. - Experience with software customization and integration techniques. - Familiarity with business process modeling and analysis. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering MES. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
