ABOUT THE ROLE

The Internal Account Manager is a key contributor to Arrow’s sales organization, responsible for managing customer relationships within an assigned portfolio and acting as a trusted commercial partner for both customers and suppliers. The role combines a commercial mindset with close collaboration across internal teams to support sustainable growth, margin performance, and long-term business development.

We are looking for a sales professional who enjoys working independently, building long-term relationships, and contributing to a sales-driven environment focused on customer success.

WHAT WILL YOU DO:

  • Independently manage the entire customer relationship end-to-end, acting as the primary point of contact for an assigned customer portfolio.
  • Proactively drive sales growth, maximize margins, and increase market share, including growth with key suppliers.
  • Deliver high-quality customer service while balancing commercial priorities and customer expectations.
  • Manage quoting, order processing, demand fulfillment, and delivery follow-up.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer, order, and supply-related issues in close cooperation with internal teams.
  • Act as a key liaison between customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders, leveraging internal and external resources.
  • Build and support long-term business partnerships for Arrow.
  • Collaborate with Arrow Account Managers on selected key accounts.
