We’re Hiring: SAP CRM Consultant 

Location: Hybrid - DXC Manila IPC McKinley Hill, Taguig City 
Employment Type: Full Time

Key Responsibilities 

  • Provide L2 production support for SAP CRM incidents, service requests, and problem tickets. 

  • Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve issues within agreed SLAs. 

  • Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes. 

  • Support enhancements, minor developments, and change requests. 

  • Work closely with business users to gather requirements and provide functional solutions. 

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g., SD, MM, FI, ABAP) for integrated process issues. 

  • Monitor interfaces, middleware (e.g., CRM–ECC integration), and data consistency. 

  • Support system upgrades, patches, and regression testing activities. 

  • Maintain documentation, knowledge articles, and support procedures. 

 

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience  

  • Typically, 3-5 years of relevant work experience in industry.  

  • Proven experience in SAP CRM   

  • A continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology 

  • 3-5 years of experience in SAP CRM support/AMS projects. 

  • Strong knowledge of SAP CRM modules such as Sales, Service, etc. 

  • Experience in CRM Web UI configuration and troubleshooting. 

  • Understanding of middleware concepts (BDoc monitoring, queues, replication issues). 

  • Basic debugging knowledge (ABAP) preferred. 

  • Familiarity with ITIL processes and ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow). 

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. 

  • Ability to work in rotational shifts/on-call support environments.
