Senior Full-stack Software Engineer

We are looking for Senior Full-stack Software Engineers who will design, develop, test, deliver, maintain and improve business applications as members of a team, work across full-stack through entire software development lifecycle.

We are looking for someone with: 

• 4 to 5 years of software engineering experience
• Solid hands on experience in three or more of the following: CosmosDB, Mongo, Express, React, Node.Js, JavaScript, Java, HTML5 and CSS3
• Experience in designing solid React components with Redux, that is reusable, efficient and easy to maintain; and knowledge of React server-side rendering
• Cloud based development experience with Kubernetes or similar platform.
• Experience in test frameworks such as TestNG, Selenium etc. and knowledge of test-driven development
• Familiarity with agile and DevOps principles, test-driven development, continuous integration, and other approaches to accelerate the delivery of new features
• Working Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins/Concourse etc.
• An entrepreneurial spirit and comfort working within a rapidly changing startup environment; you love the challenge of working on a small team and being part of a larger movement to change the engineering culture of an enterprise
• A capacity for constant learning from both success and failure, remaining open to change and continuous improvement
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities that enable you to manage through creative abrasion
• Strong verbal and written communication with the ability to effectively articulate and communicate technical vision, possibilities, and outcomes
• Experience with open source software development

On the job you will:

• Collaborate with product managers, software engineers, and operations engineers to uncover pain points and opportunities to deliver new business value through software
• Prototype, build, and test new functionality to deliver on product objectives
• Maintain high quality software, with accountability for production reliability and usage, and the delivery of new functionality
• Be part or lead initiatives to develop and improve standards and methodologies.
• Demonstrate solid interpersonal skills beyond role requirements
• Have strong problem solving mindset, and deep tacit understanding across domains
