Job Summary: The Manager will be responsible for developing and executing the strategic vision for commercial business intelligence, driving data-driven decision-making, and managing complex data projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in BI management, a strong background in data analysis, and exceptional leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the strategic vision for commercial business intelligence to align with organizational objectives.

  • Mentor a team of BI professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.

  • Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of BI systems, dashboards, and reporting tools.

  • Collaborate with cross functional stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver actionable insights.

  • Manage and prioritize BI projects, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of reports and analytics.

  • Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

  • Ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance with organizational policies and industry standards.

  • Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and best practices in BI.

Qualifications (Minimum Required):

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

Experience (Minimum Required):

  • 8-12 years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a related field.

  • Proven experience with a strong track record of managing BI projects.

  • Extensive experience with BI tools and platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and advanced proficiency in SQL.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into strategic insights and actionable recommendations.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Experience in data modeling, ETL processes, and database management.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
