Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) - Home Health at Mission Healthcare
This is a full-time, day shift position located in Ontario, CA
The LVN is responsible for providing direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse. Responsibilities include following the plan of care, providing treatments, and working collaboratively with the members of the team to help meet positive patient care outcomes.

LVN Mission Home Health Requirements:
- Current and valid California LVN licensure.
- One year of experience working under your LVN license.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) through the American Heart Association (AHA).
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Three years of nursing experience preferred.
- Community/home health or medical/surgical experience.
- One year of experience working under your LVN license.
Pay Transparency:
Min: $
32.00 to Max: $3
5.00 per hour.
