Job Summary
The Sr. Product Marketing Manager is responsible for driving initiatives that shorten the sales cycle through enhanced brand awareness and compelling storytelling, with a specific focus on the mortgage sector. This role requires developing educational materials, clearly articulating MeridianLink’s unique value proposition within the mortgage industry, and effectively targeting key audiences. Responsibilities include designing and implementing internal and external communication strategies, conducting market research for new mortgage-related products, establishing development timelines, influencing pricing and packaging decisions, and guiding sales teams. A key focus will be creating customer-facing messaging that effectively communicates product benefits and features in the mortgage space, alongside producing impactful customer case studies to demonstrate product value.

Responsibilities
-Work on projects that create a lasting impact on the company, particularly in the mortgage sector.
-Act as a developer and leader in educating teams on departmental and company policies and techniques relevant to mortgage products.
-Conduct market research on new mortgage-related products, establish development timelines, influence pricing and packaging, guide sales teams, and create effective messaging and market positioning.
-Articulate outbound tasks necessary to clearly communicate the benefits of mortgage product features and translate them into customer-facing messaging.
-Assist sales teams by providing essential knowledge and tools for success in the mortgage market, developing customer-facing presentations, updating the website, and outlining marketing programs for demand generation.
-Lead product demonstrations at trade shows and webinars, delivering engaging presentations to customers and prospects in the mortgage industry, while also creating impactful marketing collateral.

Qualifications: Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-Bachelor’s degree and 4-6 years of relevant experience, with a strong emphasis on mortgage-related roles.
-Career-level professional within the subject area, particularly in mortgage product marketing.
-Expected to be highly skilled and proficient in the mortgage industry.

Salary range of $104,000 - $146,800. [It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range.] The actual salary will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law including geographical location.
